Came to Shield Medical Center today for a driver’s license check and my work permit doctor’s certificate, 5-star experience. Reception was super professional and efficient — no confusion, just smooth service. The waiting area is quiet, comfortable, and way too nice for a clinic. Bonus points: there are actually interesting books, so I almost forgot I was waiting. Then Dr. Kang showed up, greeted me, and handled everything quickly and flawlessly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. He’s professional, kind, very reassuring… and let’s be honest, probably the most handsome doctor in town. Medical certificate + visual bonus 😂 If all clinics were like this, people would stop being afraid of doctors. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at SHIELDS. I came in for an IV drip and STI testing, everything was fast, professional, and handled with care. The doctor went out of his way to keep checking in on me during the drip, which made me feel really safe and looked after. It felt very personal. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and a safe space, especially for LGBTQ+ folks.
